Experience with chickens:

I have kept a small flock of free range hybrid hens for the past 7 years.

I also teach various aspects of farm animal care as part of my full time employment and hold qualifications in Animal Care and Horticulture.

This makes me ideal candidate to teach back yard chicken keeping whilst maintaining the beauty of your garden.

Chicken Keeping Group Courses Information

Courses are for a maximum of 10 people. We cover all aspects of chicken keepting from purchasing a suitable breed, to housing, feeding, keeping healthy, legislation and producing a good supply of quality eggs.

Light refreshments will be included in our on site cafe.

Course lasts 3 hours and costs £30 per person, courses are run monthly.
